Job Description

As a Assistant Relationship Manager in the Direct Channel, your primary role is to oversee and manage the operations and customer service activities of the branch. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and exceptional service experience for clients and customers, while also maintaining operational efficiency.

Responsibilities: 

  • Build strong client relationships.
  • Increase sales and revenue.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with sales teams.
  • Maintain client relationships and reports.
  • Responsible for achieving overall branch targets and ensuring branch profitability.
  • Cultivate relationships with individual and corporate customers.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • Min. 1 to 4 years exp. Of in sales & marketing and BFSI.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
