The Assistant Sales Executive for the Agency Channel drives business growth in a designated region by building, guiding, and leading a high-performing team of agents to achieve sales objectives and ensure long-term success.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assemble and mentor financial advisors to consistently meet sales goals.
- Create and execute strategic plans to surpass sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies based on performance insights.
- Provide ongoing guidance, feedback, and support to enhance team performance.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to shape strategies.
- Equip agents with effective methods to engage high-value customer segments.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
- At least 1 years of experience in sales and marketing in any industry.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and managing teams.
- Strong leadership abilities to steer teams toward business objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with agents and clients.
