Job Description:
The Assistant Sales Executive for the Agency Channel drives business growth in a designated region by building, guiding, and leading a high-performing team of agents to achieve sales objectives and ensure long-term success.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and mentor financial advisors to consistently meet sales goals.
  • Create and execute strategic plans to surpass sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies based on performance insights.
  • Provide ongoing guidance, feedback, and support to enhance team performance.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to shape strategies.
  • Equip agents with effective methods to engage high-value customer segments.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (required).
  • At least 1 years of experience in sales and marketing in any industry.
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets and managing teams.
  • Strong leadership abilities to steer teams toward business objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with agents and clients.
