Job Summary:
The Assistant Sales Executive will assist in the day-to-day sales activities, helping the sales team meet its targets by providing administrative support, managing customer inquiries, and handling sales operations. Key Responsibilities:
– Sales Support: Assist the sales team with lead generation, follow-ups, and customer communication to help close deals.
– Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, provide information on products, and resolve basic issues in a timely manner.
– Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prepare reports, and update the sales database regularly.
– Order Processing: Handle the documentation and processing of orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to customers.
– Product Knowledge: Develop an understanding of the products or services to effectively assist in the sales process.
– Market Research: Support the team by conducting basic market research to identify potential clients or new business opportunities.
– Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
– Sales Coordination: Coordinate with the logistics and finance departments for the delivery and payment processes.
Requirements:
– Age required 21 to 32.
– Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
– Experience: 0-2 years of experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
– Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Basic knowledge of sales processes and customer handling.
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
