Job Description

Responsibilities:

– Assemble and lead an advisory group

– Educate the group on product and method

– Oversee the agents’ and team leaders’ performance and productivity.

– Complete sales from leads that the team members have created.

– Create MIS reports and oversee the sourcing and use of databases

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of sales experience

– Good communication skills
