– Acquiring, vetting, and educating new agents.
– Evaluating output and creating action plans.

– Following agency rules, policies, and procedures and making sure employees follow them as well.
– Conducting market and industry research and using findings to enhance business operations.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of sales experience
– Good communication skills
