Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Locating and hiring fresh agents and delegates to enlarge the agency workforce
– Offering coaching and training to agents to improve their customer relationship management, sales, and product expertise
– Setting goals, keeping an eye on agents’ performance, and offering assistance to help them reach their sales targets
– The process of creating and implementing sales strategies and plans in order to reach or surpass revenue goals and sales targets.
– Ensuring that agents are fully knowledgeable about the company’s insurance and financial products so they can explain the features and advantages of the products to customers.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of sales experience
– Good communication skills
