Job Description
Positions and Obligations:
– Leads the team of sales representatives.
– Ensures that quotas are fulfilled by inspiring and motivating the sales staff.
– Examines, examines, and evaluates operational and sales data; projects revenues, establishes goals and profitability, and locates possible new markets.
– To effectively guide sales efforts, determines and evaluates consumer preferences.
– Defines sales teams’ quotas and assigns regions.
– Conducts needs assessments with prospective clients to determine what tools, materials, or services would best suit their requirements.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is Mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– Good communication skills
