Positions and Obligations:
– Successfully manage the sales staff to achieve growth and meet sales targets.
– Develop and put into action a comprehensive business plan that will increase the company’s clientele and guarantee its continued existence.
– Manage the hiring, goal-setting, mentoring, and performance evaluation of sales reps
– Develop and nurture enduring relationships with customers by collaborating with them and being aware of their requirements.
– Report on sales, revenue, and expenses and provide the management team with reasonable projections
– Recognise new product launches and competitive landscapes in addition to trending markets and market changes.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– Good Communication Skills
