Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Establishing and preserving a solid rapport with both current and potential clients.
– Investigating and pursuing fresh business prospects.
– Determining wants and requirements from clients and putting forth appropriate solutions.
– Giving customers thorough product/service consultations and assisting them in making decisions.
– Cross- and upselling customers on goods and services.
– Resolving grievances and problems effectively and promptly.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 4 LPA
– Good Communication skills
