Job Description

Responsibilities:

– Achieving anticipated sales targets.

– Assigning the sales team individual goals for sales.

– Monitoring sales targets and providing required reports on outcomes.

– Supervising the sales team’s actions and output.

– Working together with marketing to generate leads.

– Your salespeople’s continuous training.

– Developing your sales force via guidance, education, and incentive about product expertise.

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 4 LPA

– Good communication skills
