Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

– Achieving pre-established sales goals.

– Giving each member of the sales team a personal goal.

– Tracking sales goals and giving necessary reports on results.

– Monitoring the performance and actions of the sales staff.

– Scheduling lead generation with marketing campaigns.

– The ongoing training of your sales team.

Candidates Requirements :

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
