Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Recruit, onboard, and train new sales agents or advisors.
– Develop and maintain a high-performing sales team by providing ongoing training and coaching.
– Set and communicate sales targets and goals to the team.
– Monitor and evaluate the performance of individual agents and the team as a whole.
– Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
