Job Description
Positions and Accountabilities:
• Answer inquiries, handle incoming, outgoing, and blended calls, and record activity in the CRM.
• Place cold calls to potential customers and clients.
• Help with lead documentation, database management, and sales activities.
• Compile and enter sales information in CRM, including information about guests and clients, as well as meetings and appointments.
• Utilising Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, create and deliver presentations and proposals.
• Examine, document, and disseminate information on rival activity, customer trends, and sales trends.
• Fulfil additional responsibilities as needed
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandator
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– Good communication skills
