Job Description

Functions and Accountabilities:

• Establish and nurture connections with clients to guarantee high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.

• Market and close deals with potential clients on banking goods and services.

• Achieve sales targets and help the team reach its objectives.

• Produce leads via a range of marketing channels, including as events, internet marketing campaigns, and recommendations.

• Analyse clients’ financial needs and suggest suitable solutions.

• Deliver top-notch customer service by professionally responding to questions and grievances.

• Remain current on market trends, legal requirements, and the newest financial goods and services.

• Verify that all rules, guidelines, and procedures—both internal and external—are followed.

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
