Job Description
Positions and Accountabilities:
– Create and carry out strategic sales programmes to meet business goals.
– Oversee, inspire, and guide the sales staff to improve output and performance.
– Manage the entire sales process, from generating leads to finalising agreements.
– Examine market trends and discover fresh business prospects.
– Establish and preserve a solid rapport with customers, representatives, and business associates.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
