Position Overview:
Looking for an experienced Assistant Sales Manager to lead sales teams, achieve goals, and ensure outstanding customer service. Requires extensive industry knowledge and proven sales management experience.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analyses of sales performance, market dynamics, and competitor strategies.
- Cultivate and nurture positive rapport with stakeholders.

- Identify prospective clients through research and leveraging existing referrals.
- Organize and execute in-person meetings with potential clients to ascertain their specific requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Demonstrable track record of at least 1 year in on-field sales functions.
- Age bracket: 21 to 38 years.
- Local native. (Mandatory). Preferably 3 to 5 years.
