Roles and Responsibilities:
• Strategy Development: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and company objectives.
• Leadership: Provide strong leadership and guidance to the sales team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Management: Establish clear performance metrics and KPIs to track sales performance and drive accountability within the sales team.
• Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for growth.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
• Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the sales organization to enhance sales processes, productivity, and efficiency.
• Management: Develop and manage the sales department budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to support sales objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in sales operations.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
