Assistant Sales Manager

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within assigned territory

2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention

3. Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers

4. Providing accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management

5. Collaborating with marketing and product teams to develop strategies for increasing sales and market share

6. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

7. Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
