Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and industry partners.
4. Collaborate with the team to create solutions that meet clients’ needs and preferences.
5. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
6. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to maximize profitability and win new business.
7. Forecast sales trends, track performance metrics, and report on sales activities to senior management.
8. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
