Positions and Accountabilities:
• Carry out marketing initiatives for channel partners to increase revenue and establish confidence in the marketplace.
• Reach the distribution channel’s zonal revenue target for each and every product.
• Attend to walk-in clients and ascertain their requirements
• Handle product and service sales, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Oversee producers’ daily operations to guarantee a robust pipeline.
• Mentor and assist agents in growing their business through cross-selling
• In charge of guaranteeing the calibre of applicants
• Encourage and mentor the producer in all policy-related activities
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
