Job Description
Positions and Accountabilities:
· Accountable for the territory’s annual and quarterly revenue
· In charge of accomplishing market share goals
· Find, cultivate, and seize fresh, strategic sales possibilities
· Compile market intelligence data on rivals, costs, available products, and market share.
· To assess each headquarters’ performance using data from the Field Force Reporting Software and, if necessary, take remedial action
· To oversee and oversee the hospital and detailer network and guarantee that all clients receive efficient services.
· To recognise and assess various channel prospects for various markets
· Efficiently monitor and manage the sales process to ensure timely documentation and sales closure within the designated time limit.
· Establish and preserve connections with current clients through phone calls, in-person meetings, and visits.
· Maintain consistent communication with important clients to improve
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
