Experience : 2+  years- experience in Sales and Marketing.

Responsibilities :

– Recruiting, screening, and training new agents.

– Establishing strong relationships with staff and clients

– Researching current industry/market trends and using knowledge for business improvement.

– Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.

– Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.

– Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
