Job Description
Positions and Accountabilities:
– The Territory Sales Manager is in charge of bringing in revenue and hitting predetermined goals.
– He or she will need to find and suggest the appointment of new distributors in addition to upholding and cultivating connections with the current distributors.
– Developing sales strategy, ensuring effective sales operations, and disseminating sales data and market insights are further responsibilities of the function.
– The CEO will work closely with the Territory Sales Manager to assume responsibility for sales; together, they will assemble the required team and integrate well with the current one.
– Create successful sales plans for the region.
– Will also be in charge of payment reconciliations and receivables.
– Will monitor sales and receivables data in close coordination with the accounts department.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
