Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Developing business and achieving the Company’s Sales goals
• Create a customer base for Distributors to promote company sales.
• Report regularly to Distributor and Company on performance and market developments.
• Lead the sales and close the deal with the new customer.
• Promote positive relationships with major customers to understand their needs.
• Tracking changes in consumer engagement following the roll-out of each campaign.
• Compiling reports detailing the effects exerted by each campaign, and sharing these with clients.
• Find new channels and Customers for sales and growth of the business.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
Candidates Requirements:
• Graduation is mandatory
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
• CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
