Assistant Sales Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to support our agency channel in life insurance. You will assist in managing sales activities, recruiting and developing agents, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales Manager in implementing sales strategies and achieving targets.
- Help recruit, onboard, and train new insurance agents.
- Build and maintain relationships with agency partners and clients.
- Analyze sales performance and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in sales or business development within life insurance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Must be local.
