Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Contributes marketing and sales data to meet operational goals for sales and marketing.
• Creates and finishes an action plan for marketing.
• Forecasts needs and creates annual budgets to meet marketing and sales financial targets.
• Manage complete sales by closing leads and converting them.
• Respond to questions, worries, and problems from customers in a timely and courteous manner.
• Compile and comprehend client requirements, working in tandem with the research team to ensure that the proposals and drafts are presented to the client in the most appropriate format.
• Work on pipeline projects, negotiate and close business transactions, and attempt to close as many deals as you can in order to maximise revenue generation.
• Meet both individual and group sales goals.
• Determining the team’s vacancies.
• Maintains regular visits and a good rapport with important accounts.
• Provides information by gathering, examining, and condensing trends and data.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
