Job Description
Positions and Accountabilities:
• Create a pipeline and preserve enduring connections with potential clients.
• Use resources and tools for sales to find new leads and cultivate connections with potential customers.
• To supplement the company’s core trade sales with higher sales and distributions in a variety of markets and categories.
• Provide entire interior solutions to leads and current clients to increase business.
• Closely collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and financial limitations.
• Find fresh company prospects in order to create opportunities.
• Ensuring distributors arrange and complete orders on schedule.
• Plan and execute the yearly plan’s organisational objectives, which include increasing volumes, market share, profitability, and the organization’s overall growth.
• Managing dealerships within the designated area and examining the sales procedure.
Candidates Requirements:
• Graduation is mandatory
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
• CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
