A top insurer in India that is dedicated to both innovation and client happiness. To lead our Agency Channel team and promote growth, we are looking for a Assistant Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, mentor, and manage a group of insurance representatives.

• Create and put into action regional sales strategy in order to reach goals.

• Offer agents direction, field assistance, and training.

• Recognize fresh business prospects and examine industry patterns.

• Keep an eye on agent performance and sales figures.

• Verify compliance with rules and policies of the firm.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a similar discipline is required.

• Five plus years in sales, plus two plus years in an insurance management position.

• Excellent communication, sales, and leadership abilities.

• Able to meet sales goals.

• Any recent graduates

• The candidate needs prior fieldwork experience.
