Positions and Accountabilities:
• Create and implement plans to stimulate sales in both existing and new markets.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to find and hire exceptional salespeople.
• Mentoring staff members to assist them in achieving both individual and team goals
• Growing and extending market share in order to meet the region’s goals for profitability and revenue.
• Produce leads on your own using lead creation strategies such as cold calling.
• Developing new accounts to generate business requirements and achieving profitability.
• Conduct marketing campaigns to increase the market penetration of software goods.
• Continue to cultivate and manage strong relationships with current clients and engage in product cross-selling and upselling.
• Assure prompt customer revenue collection.
• Have regular interactions with the clients to guarantee a partnership-based and dedicated connection.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
