Job Description

Positions and Accountabilities:

• Undertake online and offline research on Indian sports and arts academies.

• Communicate with customers to increase revenue and encourage the use of our goods and services.

• Assist clients with escalations and provide training on how to use our products and services.

• Work together to improve and advance the product with the tech and product teams.

• Establish and preserve connections with influential decision-makers at potential client companies.

• Work together with the product and marketing teams to create and modify sales collateral and services for corporate customers.

• Work together with internal teams to guarantee customer retention and satisfaction.

• During in-person interactions, actively engage with potential clients to create enough appointments for the day.

• Establish and preserve connections with customers by offering outstanding support and responding to their enquiries.

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
