Assistant Sales Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to support sales growth, mentor agents, and implement effective sales strategies within the agency channel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales manager in developing and executing sales plans to meet targets.
• Support the recruitment, training, and development of agency partners.
• Track agents’ performance and provide guidance to help them achieve sales goals.
• Conduct research to identify growth opportunities.
• Work with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.
• Plan and organize training sessions and workshops for agency partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key agency partners.
• Prepare reports on sales performance and trends for management review.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in field sales.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Local candidates only.
