Positions and Accountabilities:
• By examining the customer’s transaction banking demands, meet and surpass the monthly goals for acquiring new customers.
• Give RM regular input on opportunities and client requirements.
• Make sure that the organization’s SOPs and selling conventions are followed.
• Make sure that all external and internal regulations are strictly followed. Assure appropriate sourcing in compliance with Bank policy.
• Branding and Advertising: Manage the hospital’s branding initiatives, which include developing and carrying out marketing and promotion plans.
• Team Leadership: Lead and guide the marketing team, offering direction and inspiration to meet departmental objectives.
• Reaching out to potential customers and presenting or pitching the advantages of a product or service.
• Recognizing the needs of the customer and then tailoring the goods or services.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
