Job Description
Positions and Accountabilities:
– In charge of serving as the company’s email communication point of contact.
– Make a call to clients, giving them the company overview and scheduling a sales team appointment.
– Creates concise and persuasive written quotes and proposals for clients.
– In charge of routinely following up with customers in order to close leads.
– Engage in conversation with potential clients and outline the advantages of the products.
– Act as the customer’s main point of contact, answering questions, resolving problems, and offering advice or product information as needed.
– Develop trusting connections with clients to increase contentment and adherence.
– Follow up on feedback and sales queries to make sure that customers’ demands are successfully satisfied.
– Manage the sales team’s schedule, file crucial paperwork, and disseminate pertinent information.
– The coordinator works in tandem with the sales team to help with preparation.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
