Job Description

Positions and Accountabilities:

• Greeting clients, answering inquiries, enhancing product engagement, and delivering exceptional customer service to maximize sales income for the company

• Meet his and the store’s objectives

• Take part in any promotions and offers that the business may occasionally provide in order to give customers access to chances and promotions.

• Educate clients about all items introduced by the business, including frames, sunglasses, prescription sunglasses, accessories, and other items.

• Taking up any kind of labor linked to store expansion without reluctance

• Strong sales for clients seizing

• Convert outdated businesses into new ones and attract new clients.

• Establish a rapport and enduring relationship with clients

• Meet enrollment goals on a monthly and quarterly basis while always seeking methods to improve efficiency and production.

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
