Roles and Responsibilities:
• Finding new customers Researching the market and competition, and looking for new business or clients
• Building relationships Developing relationships with potential and existing buyers to understand their needs
• Presenting products Introducing, demonstrating, and familiarizing clients with products or services
• Closing deals Taking and Processing orders, and finalizing sales
• Providing customer service Advising clients or customers, and ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish
• Reporting Preparing monthly sales reports and presenting to managers, and recording sales figures.
• Setting goals Establishing sales objectives and goals for the team and individual employees, and achieving monthly targets
• To actively play the role of a consultant providing the customers with relevant answers and solutions to the query they raise
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
