Job Description

Responsibilities:

Team Management: Lead, inspire, and develop a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales objectives.
Sales Execution: Formulate and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the local market.
Market Analysis: Identify market trends and opportunities to enhance sales performance and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1.5+ years of sales experience with a minimum of 1 years in BFSI domain.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
