Roles and Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and develop the inside sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure targets are met.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and high performance.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of retails assets, products, operations, and current market trends
• Identifying the changing market trends, channel development for acquiring business and provide high quality customer service
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management review.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
