Roles and Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory to generate sales and expand the customer base.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with clients to present products or services, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
• Demonstrate the features and benefits of products or services effectively to prospective clients.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet performance goals.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Use market insights to adapt sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
