Job Description
Functions and Accountabilities:
• Find and produce leads in the aviation, hospitality, and facilities management industries.
• Respond to customer service requests, guaranteeing prompt problem solving and high satisfaction levels.
• Put in place reliable sales forecasting and reporting systems to give the executive team fast and accurate information.
• Managing consumer grievances, requests, and issues while preserving positive connections with current clients
• Build rapport with customers to encourage recurring business and schedule follow-up meetings to discuss new arrivals.
• To enhance our sales process, we collaborate closely with our Customer Success Team to better understand the demands and difficulties of our clients.
• Gain knowledge about product operation and customer troubleshooting techniques.
• Reach sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Create and send management weekly sales reports.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
