Roles and Responsibilities:
• Sourcing and managing channels from the market and acquiring business from them
• Ensuring quality portfolio by minimizing delinquency and rejection
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of retails assets, products, operations, and current market trends
• Identifying the changing market trends, channel development for acquiring business and provide high quality customer service
• Recommend improvements to processes and policies across the Retail Banking business to drive operational efficiencies and high quality customer service.
• Identify and prospect new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and presentations
• Manage the sales pipeline and track progress using MS Excel and other sales tools
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
