Assistant Sales Manager
Job Description
In this role, you will assist in driving sales growth, mentoring agents, and implementing effective sales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Assist the sales manager in developing and executing sales plans to achieve targets in the agency channel.
- Support the recruitment, training, and development of agency partners.
- Monitor agents’ performance and provide guidance to help them meet their sales goals.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Organize training sessions and workshops for agency partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key agency partners.
- Prepare reports on sales performance and trends for management review.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- 1+ years of experience in field sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Local candidates are essential.
