Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
• Need to be responsible for leading a team of insurance agents, achieving sales targets, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in insurance sales and management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Understanding the needs of the customers and notifying them about the available products and services.
• Attending meetings with the head team members to discuss the improvements in the sales plan.
• Work closely with other team members, including marketing and administrative staff, to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Build customer relationships that help generate future sales and repeat business.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
