About the Role: 
As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will support the Sales Development Manager in driving sales and managing a team of Insurance Advisors. You’ll be responsible for recruitment, training, and ensuring team targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist in recruiting and training Insurance Advisors.
• Support the implementation of sales strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance.
• Assist in achieving business targets through effective management.
  Key Qualifications: 
• 1-2+ years in sales or marketing.
• Graduate degree.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Age: 22 to 35 years.
• Local candidate preferred.
  Compensation: 
• Salary (CTC): ₹3.20 LPA to ₹3.80 LPA
