Job Description
Functions and Accountabilities:
• Convert leads and create revenue using leads that the company shares.
• To reach the sales and profitability targets set by the Direct-Sales Management, expand current accounts and cultivate new ones.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database containing target, existing, and potential customers.
• Manage the sales team effectively to meet sales goals and achieve growth.
• Create and carry out a comprehensive business plan that guarantees the company’s strong presence and grows its clientele.
• Establishing goals, mentoring, and tracking sales reps’ performance
• Develop enduring, solid relationships with customers by working together and learning about their needs.
• Provide the management team with information on sales, income, and expenses as well as accurate projections.
• Recognize new markets and changes in the industry while being well informed.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
