Job Description
The assistant sales manager will be responsible for executing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day sales activities within the insurance division.
ROLES
- Support day-to-day sales activities, including lead generation, client engagement, and closing sales.
- Ensure clients receive exceptional service and that their needs are met with the company’s insurance products.
- Using automation tools to streamline sales, keeping up with industry developments, answering customer queries, and mediating disputes with customers.
- Prepare and present customized sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.
- Assist in negotiations and close sales.
- Assist in addressing client concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Work to retain clients by offering product upgrades.
CRITERIA
- 2+ BFSI experience or insurance
- Any graduate
- Professional qualifications in insurance are a plus.
- 21-38 age
