Job Description

Responsibilities:

Oversee and guide a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals.
Create and execute sales strategies to boost revenue and expand market share.
Track team performance, offer coaching, and perform regular performance assessments.
Conduct market research to uncover new sales prospects and emerging industry trends.
Prepare detailed sales reports and monitor key performance indicators for management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in insurance sales or the BFSI sector.
Proven track record in leading teams and achieving sales objectives.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
