Job Description
Functions and Accountabilities:
• Lead brainstorming sessions for both internal and external projects to help team members carry out sales and marketing strategies.
• Arrange and carry out marketing programs for lead generation and brand building in conjunction with clients, in line with the company’s overarching objectives and sales targets.
• Assist in collecting and evaluating data to obtain knowledge about trends, rivals, and brands.
• Participate in lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives, including events, trade fairs, networking, media marketing, and sales enablement.
• Organize outreach and public relations campaigns, such as speaker proposals, company announcements, media releases, and awards.
• Track and report marketing campaign performance, acquire knowledge, and evaluate against objectives
• Keeping up and cultivating business relationships with both new and current clients.
• Stay up to date on market trends and product expertise.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
