Job Description

Rules & responsibilities :-

• Assisting with sales plans, identifying growth opportunities, and analysing market trends
• Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Ensuring the store is clean, well-maintained, and stocked with products
• Communicating sales strategies to the team, providing feedback, and collaborating with other departments
• Representing the company at industry events and gaining market insights

Candidate profile:-

• Age should between 21 to 38
• Graduation is mandatory
• 1 year experience in insurance sector + 3 year experience in sales field
• A candidate should be able  to communication with people
• A candidate should be able  to team handling
• A candidate should be able to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
