Job Description
Functions and Accountabilities:
• The creation of references from the designated catchment area and the acquisition of savings accounts in the selected segment
• Ensuring superior customer acquisition in terms of product, segment mix, and constitution
• Activating and onboarding clients on digital platforms
• Help the Senior Sales Manager with branch scoping and catchment mapping tasks.
• Regularly update the Branch Manager and Senior Sales Manager on customer needs and possibilities.
• Making sure that the organization’s SOPs and sales compliance are followed
Strict adherence to internal and external policies and regulations, as well as quality sourcing
• Consistently carrying out initiatives in the catchment to attract high-quality, HNI clients and increase the bank’s visibility
• Working on important central initiatives and asking current clients for recommendations on a regular basis
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
