Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of insurance agents, offering continuous coaching and mentorship to help them realize their full potential.
- Monitor sales performance closely, analyze market trends, and create strategies to exceed sales targets.
- Promote a culture of outstanding customer service, ensuring that client needs are consistently met and exceeded.
- Study competitor activities and market dynamics to stay ahead of the competition and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders, fostering strong internal and external relationships.
- Actively pursue new clients through networking, prospecting, and participation in industry events.
- Identify and qualify leads, schedule meetings, and assess client requirements to offer personalized insurance solutions.
- Participate in industry networking events to build long-term professional relationships.
Candidate Profile:
- A graduate degree is required.
- At least 1+ year of experience in BFSI and Life Insurance sectors.
- Age range: 22 to 38 years.
- Candidates must have been residents for at least 3 to 5 years.
